Don't Forget To Eat!

Part of the fun of the TKI is sharing it with others who return year after year. What better time to do that than during the on-site tournament dinner from 7-9 p.m. Friday night after qualifying?

Here's the schedule/menu for the weekend:

Friday 11-4 p.m.
  • Hamburgers/Cheeseburgers
  • Hot Dogs
  • Potato Chips
  • Sodas and Waters
Friday 4-7 p.m.
  • Cheese and Fruit Display with crackers/parmesan artichoke dip with homemade tortilla chips /sherried meatballs
Friday Dinner 7-9 p.m. (Non-golfer fee $25)
  • Italian pasta (Tortellini, Penne, and Linguine)
  • Assorted sauces, peppers, onions, sausage, shrimp, meatballs, mushrooms, tomatoes, parmesan cheese
  • Garlic bread and homemade bread sticks
  • Salad and Bread Bar
  • Asian sesame noodle salad
  • Caesar salad
  • Broccoli salad with secret dressing, onions, bacon, peanuts etc.
  • Fresh bread with whipped butter
  • Pulled pork sliders with BBQ sauce
  • Whole salmon with toast points, sour cream onions, etc.
  • Chipolte chicken kabobs with a ranch guacamole sauce
  • Vegetable kabobs - Veg Option
  • Desserts: Mini dessert forrest, mini cheesecakes, cream puffs, chocolate covered strawberries, mini cream brulees, mini homemade cookies and brownies
Saturday 11-2 p.m.
  • Cole slaw
  • Hamburgers/Cheeseburgers
  • Hot Dogs
  • Assorted Sodas and Waters
Saturday 5-7 p.m.
  • Cheese and Fruit display with crackers
  • Wing Station - Hot wings, BBQ wings and teriyaki wings - with assorted sauces and celery sticks
  • Franks in a blanket with a mustard sauce
  • Assorted Sodas and Waters
Sunday 11-2 p.m.
  • Pulled BBQ chicken sandwiches
  • Hot Dogs
  • Chips
  • Assorted sodas and waters
