11:30 Sunday Update

Both semifinal matches in the Championship Flight are all-square at the turn.

Two finals have been determined:

• In the first flight No 5 Tom Keane and Sam Natti scored a 7-and-5 win over top-seeded Luke Marrinan and Dillon Sass in one semifinal. In the other No. 7 Dan Campbell and Nick Trottier outlasted No. 11 Jonathan Keane and Michael Keane.

• In the third flight, top-seeded Cody Dodds and Ryan Bergeron punched their ticket in the final match with a win over No. 4 Ryan Fay and Chris House. They will play No. 3 Tom Dupree and Michael Garvey, 4&2 winners over No. 7 Griffin Kiritsy and Andrew Loney.

I will try – emphasis on the word try – to offer periodic updates on the Championship Flight match this afternoon. A change in the program I use to update this site with an iPod Touch might make that impossible.

Either way, I'll be posting the final result here after interviewing the champions and will have a story, brackets and a few photos tonight. Stay tuned.
