The menu for Friday's dinner:

• a salad and bread bar with antipasti pasta salad, Italian meats, cheeses, olives, etc., caesar salad, broccoli salad with "secret dressing," onions, bacon, peanuts and more. Fresh bread with whipped butter• marinated, smoked and sliced tri-tip of sirloin with a horseradish sauce
• salmon with toast points, sour cream onions and more
• garlic and herb chicken breast
• homemade polenta with feta cheese, sliced tomatoes, sautéed spinach, and olives (vegetarian serving available)
• selection of homemade trifles - strawberries/brownies/ mixed berry
• homemade cookies and brownies
