The Friday Menu

A reminder that your "significant other" is invited to Friday evening's Tommy Keane Invitational dinner. The dinner cost for non-participants is $25, payable at registration or at the tent.

(Guests may also buy lunch for $10.)

The menu for Friday's dinner:

• Italian pasta with tortellini, penne and linguine with assorted sauces, peppers, onions, sausage, shrimp, meatballs, mushrooms, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, garlic bread and homemade bread sticks.

• a salad and bread bar with antipasti pasta salad, Italian meats, cheeses, olives, etc., caesar salad, broccoli salad with "secret dressing," onions, bacon, peanuts and more. Fresh bread with whipped butter

• marinated, smoked and sliced tri-tip of sirloin with a horseradish sauce

 • salmon with toast points, sour cream onions and more

• garlic and herb chicken breast

• homemade polenta with feta cheese, sliced tomatoes, sautéed spinach, and olives (vegetarian serving available)

• selection of homemade trifles - strawberries/brownies/ mixed berry

• homemade cookies and brownies
